Sad. I miss Shy, she was the best! Worst experience. Every time we go we have issues. Today was a long wait to find out that they don's accept credit cards. Last time I waited an hour to find out they didn't have enough time before close to cut hair so he were turned away and had to come back with my 5 and 9 year old. I will not be back.

This is a bad place to work.Dont work here,you will regret it.Shy the manager is very 2 faced.

I would give a negative star if it would allow me - do not truss what they say about a charge that does not show up on their end. They will ask to have you swipe your card again and then it will charge you twice. Very unprofessional staff and will not go there every again.
