Sad. I miss Shy, she was the best! Worst experience. Every time we go we have issues. Today was a long wait to find out that they don's accept credit cards. Last time I waited an hour to find out they didn't have enough time before close to cut hair so he were turned away and had to come back with my 5 and 9 year old. I will not be back.

Just had one of the best haircuts Ive had since covid started. My stylist Vanya killed it. Perfect scalp massage and wash. Ive had a couple scalp massages that left my head hurting but the way she used her finger tips I almost fell asleep in her hands. Mvp package everytime. I have horrid cowlicks and she conquered them like Wonder Woman over there. First time in the last couple years that I absolutely love my haircut.

Worst haircut I've ever had, and it only took 5 minutes. Once I looked in the mirror at home I see patches of long hair left in the area she cut. Now I have to waste my time and money to go get it fixed somewhere else. Avoid Anetta at all costs. I wish I could post a pic here so you can see how bad it is but I posted one on Google reviews.
